Senior Business Analyst

You will be managing EDS AP MSD(Manufacture System Design) Digitalization projects as BA role, focusing on demand analysis, system prototype design, and the project management to ensure the deliver MSD on time on budget and value creation by deep integration with core business process and value chain.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Business Analysis:

• Work with SME to understand business flow
• Work with SME to understand detail working contents
• Complete As-Is and To-Be process analysis & design
• Complete business architecture and function design
• Break down detailed business requirements to SBS
• Manage change and escalation in design phase

• Development:

• Work with Developer to build up technical architecture
• Support on user Interface design and User interaction
• Unit Testing / Integration Testing/ Test Script
• Support on SBS(System Building Specification) documentation and management

• Implementation:

• Issue Tracking & Lessons Learnt
• Roll-out progress tracking and escalation

• Project Management:

• Attend project meeting, work with functions to deliver plan & schedule, risk & issue analysis.
• Follow up the project tasks to ensure the deliverables.

The successful candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• Experience & Expertise ( mandatory & desired)

1. Bachelor degree+ in a computer-related, engineering-related or Business administration fields

2. 3+ years experiences in Digitalization / IT project such as Engineering application, MES, data or database management, business analysis or consulting in automotive or related product / manufacture enterprise

3. Be with a cross function working experience is a plus to this position, such as PMO, Engineer, Manufacture, Quality, etc.

• Required Competencies

1. Analytical skills: Must be able to analyze problems and provide effective digital solution in logic way.

2. Business skills: be familiar with basic business model and process.

3. Communication skills: English skills (both read and written, a plus with oral), and be able to explain work to executives and give clear instructions to project team.

4. Organizational skills: be able and willing to coordinate the work of several different teams/departments to make the program run efficiently.

5. Quick learner to new knowledge and business area is a plus to this position.

Educational Requirements:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in the field of computer science, engineering, business administration, or related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus.
