We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
The role holder is accountable for working across the Technology delivery lifecycle including inception, construction, testing, release and ongoing management of the services of core banking applications.
This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
Delivery:
- POD Lead to deliver projects
- Scrum master role to adopt the agile methodology
- SME role to provide consultancy on HUB core and infrastructure
- Engaging with business/product owner for the requirement gathering and user story preparation
- Develop / review the technical design
- Ensure the development quality
- Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results
- Prepare unit / system test plans, Conduct unit testing and system integration testing
- Ensure timely deploying quality output with customer satisfaction
- Provide post development support
- Day to day maintenance and support of the application
- Drive the Agile and Devops adoption in various projects
- Coordination among POD teams whenever required.
- Knowledge keeper and manager of corresponding domain.
- Coach to junior staff, ensure they are on the right track to work independently.
- Ensure good quality of deliverables from POD team.
- Ensure improvement action is taken and avoid repeated defects.
Customer:
- Deliver quality output within the defined schedule and service levels
- Solve incidents/problems/defects within SLA, minimize impact if any.
Process:
- Adopt Devops, Agile approach. Proactively engage business and product owner into the agile iteration to collaborate with the team, own the responsibility of the deliverable.
- Always look for improvement opportunities and implement it.
- Follow group/local guidelines in any circumstances.
Risk/compliance/behaviour:
- Ensure decisions are based on commercial acumen and risk.
- Align and comply with appropriate process, policies and procedures.
