Por ejemplo, más de cien universidades chinas ofrecen español como asignatura principal, mientras que hace aproximadamente una década, sólo un puñado de universidades de idiomas contaban con asignaturas de español.

Encontrar el puesto adecuado para enseñar español en China puede ser una tarea larga. Esto se debe a que los puestos son limitados y los profesores de español son relativamente estables. Algunos permanecen en un centro durante mucho tiempo y, cuando se abre una vacante, son muchos los profesores que compiten por ella.

Pero la cuestión es la siguiente: los contratos para extranjeros en China son anuales. Así que si quieres ir a una escuela determinada, lo mejor que puedes hacer es ponerte en contacto por correo electrónico con el jefe del departamento de español de esa escuela y hacerle ver tu currículum y tu deseo de trabajar en su escuela.
