Job Description
Introduction
As an Executive Assistant, you will assist the professor to conduct the master programs’ administrative affairs, and provide support to the registry team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the programs. You will be involved in various aspects of the work, including academic-related student affairs management, course coordination, and data maintenance.
Job Description
Applicants should have:
1. Bachelor or above degree earned overseas or with English as the teaching language;
2. A minimum of 1-year post-qualification working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;
3. Good command of office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as being rigorous;
5. Spirit of team work, as well as ability of working independently when required;
6. Passionate about education.
Job Duties include:
1. Assist with master student registration, grade management, and handling special cases (e.g., graduation deferment, leave of absence);
2. Support course scheduling, assist instructors with course needs, and organize exams;
3. Maintain student data, ensuring information accuracy;
4. Assist with the organization of academic activities and graduation audits;
5. Prepare academic reports and execute administrative tasks;
6. Undertaking other duties assigned by supervisor.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Salary will be comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Employee benefits will be provided according to the relevant labor laws of Mainland China as well as CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
