Postdoctoral Fellowship in Statistics, Peking University
Job Description
Beijing International Center for Mathematical Research (BICMR) at Peking University have multiple post-doctoral positions available. The successful candidate is expected to work with the team of mathematicians, biostatisticians, statisticians at the BICMR and Department of Biostatistics at Peking University to conduct methodological research and evaluate new statistical methods to solve real-world problems in medicine and public health. This position may also involve other statistical research in regression analysis of skewed data, causal inferences, change point detection, analysis of imaging and genetics data, and ROC curve methodology.
Appointment will be for two years. PhD required in statistics, biostatistics, or mathematics. Strong theoretical, computational, and communication skills are desired. Strong interest to learn and apply more from clinical/biological areas to methodologic research and applied analysis is highly desirable
BICMR Post-doctors share all benefits and responsibilities of post-doctors in Peking University, including children education, health insurance, etc. The annual salary is￥180,000 to 240,000 RMB (Before Tax) plushousing allowance.
