The College of Economics and Management at China University of Petroleum-Beijing invites applications and nominations for a faculty position. We will consider candidates with a Ph.D. in Information management, Information systems, Data sciences, Business analytics, Data mining, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or related disciplines.
As a faculty member, this person is expected to have high professional and ethical standards and to be able to perform as an excellent teacher, researcher, and service provider. We are seeking candidates who have excellent communications and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute as an engaged colleague to serve our growing school and campus. The successful candidate will demonstrate an interest and high level of competence in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate level, and may be expected to teach in hybrid, online and traditional face-to-face modalities.
The position is urgently needed and we have immediate openings for qualified candidates. Screening of candidates will start immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

Requirements
- Required qualifications include an earned Ph.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited university in Information management, Information systems, Data sciences, or a closely related field;
- Evidence of research published in referred journals and/or presented at professional meetings;
- Ability to publish original research in the top information systems journals;
- Teaching ability in Information management, Information systems, Data sciences, or related topics, Teaching assignments may include on-line classes and hybrid schedules.
Other Desirable Expertise
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels;
- Commitment to effective teaching, integrating technology into instruction, online instruction;
- The ability to contribute through research, teaching, and/or public engagement to the diversity and excellence of the learning experience.
