Changchun University (长春大学) is located in Changchun, Jilin Province, which is known as the “Northland Spring City”.

Changchun University was founded in 1949 by the former Northeast People ’s Government ’s Ministry of Industry as the Changchun Industrial Accounting and Statistics School, which trained the first batch of industrial accounting and statistics talents for the People ’s Republic of China.
