Job Description
Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) is a key university under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education, which is one of the Project 211 universities and 985 Project Innovation Platforms. After approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and national postdoctoral management committee, BUCT established its first postdoctoral research station, chemical engineering and technology postdoctoral research station in 1988, April. Nowadays, BUCT has 7 postdoctoral research stations in total, which are chemical engineering and technology, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Power engineering and engineering thermophysics, control science and Engineering、Environmental engineering and Bioengineering.
1. Recruitment plan
BUCT recruits post doctor subjects including inorganic chemistry、analytical chemistry、organic chemistry、physical chemistry（include chemical physics）, polymeric chemistry and physics, materials physics and chemistry, materials science, materials processing engineering, engineering thermophysics, thermal power engineering, power machinery and engineering , fluid machinery and engineering , refrigeration and cryogenic engineering , chemical process equipment, control theory and control engineering, detection technology and automatic equipment, systems engineering, pattern recognition and intelligent system, navigation, guidance and control, computer technology and intelligent systems（independent set）, chemical engineering, chemical technology, biochemical engineering, applied chemistry, industrial catalysis, chemistry safety management （ Independent set ） , environmental sciences 、 environmental engineering, Mechanical Design and Theory，29
secondary disciplines in total.
2. Requirements
1 、 The universities where the applicants obtained their doctoral degrees or the disciplines of the applicants’ doctoral degrees must be famous；
2、International vision and teamwork spirit，the applicants must have yielded remarkable research achievements during their doctoral study and have development potential；
3、The applicants must be under 35 years old；
4、Good moral characters and good health are needed.
3. Related treatment
1、Salary. Post-doctoral remuneration is jointly undertaken by national post-doctoral special fund and school’s talent team construction funds. The post-doctoral system implements the annual salary system during the station and distributes it to 12 months monthly.
1）For normal post doctors，school offers 80000 yuan basic annual salary，and the research groups provide no less than 20000 yuan, add 50000 yuan annual salary for excellent post doctors of mid-term assessment and no less than 10000 yuan performance reward.
2）For project post doctors，10000 to 20000 yuan annual salary ， no less than 10000 yuan performance reward for excellent post doctor of mid term assessment.
3）For teacher post doctor, offers basic salary according to the ten-level lecturer standard and an additional 2,000 yuan monthly living allowance. no less than 10000 yuan performance reward for excellent post doctor of mid-term assessment.
4 ） For those who are selected for the post-doctoral innovative talent support program, an additional annual salary of 200,000 yuan will be paid on the basis of the corresponding national subsidy method. No less than 10000 yuan performance reward for excellent post doctors of mid-term assessment.
5）Basic salary is arranged for 2 years，research groups bear all the cost if post doctor need to apply for extension due to research project reasons.
2、Social security treatment. Participate in social insurance and pay housing provident fund according to relevant regulations during post-doctoral period.
3、Medical treatment. Enjoy public medical treatment refer to Official faculty standards after file relationship transferred into school.
4、Other treatment. Join the school union and participate in union activities during the post-doctoral period. Scientific research results obtained during the period are treated the same with the teachers and will get reward according to the relevant regulations of Science and Technology Development Institute.
