Job Description 


Candidates
with teaching interest and key research strength in the following areas: Media
and Culture, Media Psychology, Digital Design Thinking, Media Programming and
Planning,  Low Coding and Data Science, Social Media Management, Digital
Transformation, Digital Storytelling, Data-Driven Media Management, Digital
Media Technologies, Digital Business Models.


Job
Requirement 


Candidates
should have a PhD degree in a related discipline or at least a Master’s Degree
with teaching/industrial experience in a related discipline. Successful
candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate or
postgraduate teaching and research. Preference will be given to candidates who
can undertake independent research leading to outstanding outcomes, including
publications in high quality international-refereed journals. Academic rank
will be determined in accordance with the candidate’s experience and research
accomplishments.


Benefits and Appointment Terms


Commencing
salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave and social insurance. Appointments
to these positions will initially be made on a fixed-term contract with mutual
agreement.
