Foreign Hungarian Teacher
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Offer courses in Hungarian as a foreign language; class preparation and development of didactic material; orientation of undergraduate thesis; participation in student activities
2. Hungarian language (Basic to advanced); Hungarian history and culture; Hungarian literature; Hungarian-Chinese interpreting (as an assistant teacher in the classroom)
Qualifications
1. Degree in Literature, at least a Master’s degree (Doctorate recommended) in Hungarian, linguistics or literature; ability to organize and teach Hungarian language, literature, history and culture courses; scientific production appropriate to the position to be held
2. Preference will be given to candidates who prove: a) Knowledge of intercultural studies, literary studies, translation and interpretation; b) Fluency in English, or also in Chinese, desirable, proven by a certificate of proficiency; c) Ability to develop teamwork
Remuneration
Remuneration may be negotiated on the basis of the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
